What does Freedom mean to you ?
I shared with you one of the most exciting benefits of having your own business: Freedom!
Having the time and money to do what you want when you want…to pursue your passions and enjoy your life.
So, how exactly is that possible ? Chances are you’re really good at working hard and putting in long hours.
So…to make more money, you’d have to put in more time.
That is NOT an exciting answer.
I definitely wasn’t looking to work harder…I wanted to work less and make more.
That almost seemed like a riddle to me. How do you work
less and make more?
And…like most riddles, the answer was right in front of my face.
It’s simple…YOU work LESS, MORE PEOPLE WORK and YOU make more.
It’s called LEVERAGE!
I had spent years providing leverage to other people…my employers were benefitting year in and year out from the work I was doing.
I was working hard and at the end of the week, I took home about 10% of what I was really worth.
My boss was taking home 90%.
The difference between the wealthy and the middle class is leverage! The wealthy have an “EMPLOYER” mentality rather than an employee mentality!
The very wise and wealthy J.Paul Getty said it best, “I’d rather get paid 1% of 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own!”
With leverage, you can turn one hour of work into 100!
How?
Well think about it! If you have 100 people working for you and they each work 1 hour, that’s 100 man (or woman!) hours, right? Right! Well, would you rather work those 100 hours yourself or have 100 people do it for you?
That’s what having your own business can do for! By employing the efforts of others as you build your business, you’ll be able to experience true freedom through TIME LEVERAGE!
With so many options available to you, what’s best?
Franchises?
MLM?
Network Marketing?
Traditional start-up businesses?
SECRET: CHOOSE A COMPANY THAT USES A HYBRID- BUSINESS MODEL, NOT A MLM MODEL.
In short, a HYBRID business model captures the best of all three business models.
It uses the compensation power of network marketing, allows enough entrepreneurial independence to be a true “traditional” business…
And at the same time captures the great success enhancing power of the “franchise” model, by providing a proven pattern for success.
