I really enjoyed Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv. Eker because it focused on one of my favorite topics: how the rich think differently than the poor and middle class.
I stumbled upon this concept a few years ago when I read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, and it was a profound paradigm shift for me. Since then, many of the books I’ve read on wealth have echoed the same concept including Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and The Power of Full Engagement by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz.
Step 1: Adopt the Million-Dollar Mindset
Millionaires see learning experiences, where Mister Ordinary sees failure. The moment you adopt the beliefs and habits of a millionaire, your perception of the world will change completely and you will realize that there are money-making opportunities everywhere and everyday around you.
Amazingly, these are opportunities that you were once quite blind to!
If you challenge your mind to expand your comfort zone, you will naturally expand your wealth zone. By striving to grow your comfort zone, you are constantly taking risks and finding more opportunities, ideas, actions and growth than you ever imagined. The bigger your “container,” the more income and wealth you will attract and hold. Challenge yourself to constantly make your container larger, and watch the universe rush to fill the space.
